开放、信任、合作：中国科协2025“开放合作月”将全面拉开帷幕

为推动我国科技界深化国际科技交流合作，中国科协2025“开放合作月”（The International Month 2025: Openness, Cooperation, Trust）在10月将全面拉开帷幕。

2025“开放合作月”活动由中国科协统筹组织，联动国际科技组织、地方政府、全国学会及地方科协共同开展，在国内北京、上海、浙江、海南等15个省（自治区、直辖市）及法国、巴西等5个海外国家落地约60场民间国际科学技术交流活动，为全球科技界搭建开放合作的广阔平台，全方位推动“开放、合作、信任”的国际交流。

2025“开放合作月”活动主题为“科技为舟载天下，人文作楫济未来”，并围绕这一主题设置四大板块交流活动，旨在搭建一个公平包容的国际舞台，进一步增进国际科技界开放、信任、合作。

其中，“民间科技外交主场会议”板块主要包括世界工程组织联合会全体大会暨全球工程大会、世界青年科学家峰会和世界科技与发展论坛等中国科协牵头主办的重要国际科技会议。系列活动将充分发挥民间科技外交主场优势，构建高端交流合作平台。

“科技引领未来发展”板块包括2025年国际生理学学术大会、第十七届国际毒理学大会、第十六届亚太物理学术会议等20余场专业学术会议活动，聚焦前沿科技领域和战略性新兴产业发展需求，构建跨学科、跨领域、跨国界的科技合作新格局。

“人文促进开放信任合作”板块则汇集了中美青年科学家交流等10余场多双边科技人文交流活动，促进中外科技工作者在理念、方法和实践层面的深度交流。

“创新促进文明互鉴”板块主要包括在华发起设立的国际科技组织、科学计划在中外举办的近20场交流活动。

上述活动预计汇聚近百个国家和地区的科技工作者，聚焦人工智能、集成电路、新能源、高端装备等领域发布《数字地球可持续发展倡议》《建模仿真塑造世界数字化宣言》《全球青年科技人才携手成长倡议》等数十项重要成果，为全球科技治理贡献智慧和力量。

To further strengthen international exchange and cooperation in science and technology, CAST will launch the International Month 2025: Openness, Cooperation, Trust this October.

Organized by CAST in collaboration with international science and technology organizations, local governments, national societies, and provincial associations, the program will feature around 60 international exchange activities in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Hainan, and 11 other provinces, as well as in five countries including France and Brazil. Together, these events will provide a broad platform for openness and cooperation, advancing global scientific and technological exchange based on the principles of openness, cooperation, and trust.

With the theme “S.T.I. Bridges, Humanity Orients”, International Month 2025 will feature four major sessions designed to build a fair and inclusive international stage and to further deepen openness, trust, and cooperation within the global scientific community.

The first session, Flagship Conferences on Science Diplomacy, will bring together key international meetings hosted by CAST, including the World Federation of Engineering Organizations General Assembly & Global Engineering Congress, the World Young Scientists Summit, and the World Science and Technology Development Forum. These events will serve as leading platforms for non-governmental science diplomacy and will foster high-level exchange and cooperation.

The second session, Dialogue on Science Driving Future Development, will include more than 20 major academic conferences such as the 2025 International Conference of Physiological Sciences, the IUTOX 17th International Congress of Toxicology, and the 16th Asia-Pacific Physics Conference. These conferences will focus on frontier technologies and the needs of strategic emerging industries and will help establish new models of cross-disciplinary, cross-sector, and cross-border collaboration.

The third session, People-to-People Exchange on Openness, Trust, and Cooperation, will feature over 10 bilateral and multilateral initiatives—including the China-US Young Scientists Exchange Program which will encourage deeper dialogue between Chinese and international researchers on ideas, methods, and practices.

The fourth session, Innovation and Mutual Learning among Civilizations, will consist of nearly 20 activities organized by international science and technology bodies and scientific programs launched in China, which promote mutual learning among civilizations through innovation.

Altogether, CAST International Month 2025 is expected to attract participants from nearly 100 countries and regions. Activities will highlight fields such as artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, new energy, and advanced equipment, while releasing major outcomes including the Digital Earth Sustainable Development Initiative, the Hangzhou Declaration on Modeling and Simulation Shaping a Digitalized World, and the Global Young Scientists Growth Initiative. These efforts will contribute fresh ideas and momentum to global science and technology governance.
